APS & CPS

APS Reports​

Consult with your supervisor if you believe a report needs to be made. APS reports should be made within 72 hours. The report can be submitted or mailed. Notify the Clinical Director once the report is made and leave a copy in the office. Reports do not go in the client's file.

CPS Reports
