Hospital Follow Up Program

• The Hospital Follow-Up Program (HFUP) offers free support for people recently discharged from a hospitalization for a suicide attempt 

• If you work at a psychiatric hospital and would like to refer a patient, or if you have been recently discharged from a hospital and would like to self-refer to the program, please call our HFUP supervisor or email this referral form to hospitalfollowup@crisissupport.org or call 510-420-3288.

ORCA

• Organizing and Responding to Crisis for Alameda Youth

• ORCA is a suicide-focused, short term, individual therapy service. This service is for Alameda County youth 25 years and under who are experiencing thoughts and motivations to suicide.
